Unlike electrolytic nickel plating, which involves complex electrical systems,
electroless nickel plating is a focused and elegant process. Products simply rest
in a proprietary chemical solution to form a seamless layer of nickel.

Electroless nickel gives our engineers total control over the process, with the ability
to create smooth, consistent and uniform nickel deposits on parts as large as 50” x
40” x 36”.

With electroless nickel, we can deliver superior corrosion resistance that
keeps your products working flawlessly, with thicknesses up to .030” (762
microns).
